Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 8 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within this window, though delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@wagaza.store and we'll look into it right away.
