Can this stay outside in rain and snow?
Yes — the 600D Oxford fabric is fully waterproof and the raised feet keep the floor dry. The cord has a PVC sheath to resist weather and chewing. For heavy snow, sheltering it under an overhang helps.

Is it safe to leave plugged in all night?
Yes. The heating pad uses a constant-temperature system that holds 38°C automatically — it won't overheat. Many owners leave it plugged in continuously through cold months.

Can I remove the heating pad in summer?
Yes — unzip and remove the flannel cover and leave the pad unplugged. The shelter still works as a weatherproof outdoor house year-round without the heat.

How many cats does it fit?
The 26" × 16.54" interior comfortably fits 2–3 average-sized cats or one large cat. The frame holds up to 110 lbs.

How do I assemble it?
No tools required. The iron frame snaps together in minutes and collapses flat for easy storage when not in use.
