Cloud Feed™ Duo | Automatic Feeder for 2 Cats

Two cats. Two bowls. Zero guesswork.

The Cloud Feed™ Duo is an automatic timed feeder built for 2-cat households. Each cat gets their own dedicated 304 stainless steel bowl and their own scheduled portions — so there's no competition, no anxiety, and no bowl-hogging.

What makes it different

• Dual dedicated bowls — two separate 304 stainless steel bowls dispense simultaneously, one for each cat. Food-grade and prevents chin acne.
• 6L capacity — the larger hopper means longer time between refills, even feeding two cats daily.
• Up to 10 feeding plans per day — up to 6 meals and 50 portions per day, customizable from your phone.
• 10-second voice recorder — record your voice to call both cats to their bowls at mealtime.
• Dual power supply — runs on AC adapter; backs up automatically on 3 D-type batteries during outages. No missed meals.
• App-controlled — schedule, adjust, and manually dispense from your phone anytime.
• Do Not Disturb mode — silences voice playback 10 PM to 7 AM for uninterrupted sleep.
• Anti-clog design — compatible with dry kibble 5–18mm.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set different portion sizes for each cat?
The Duo dispenses from a single hopper into two bowls at the same time, so both cats receive the same amount per meal. If your cats need very different portions, consider one Cloud Feed™ per cat instead.

What app does it use?
It connects via a standard pet feeder companion app (instructions in box). Compatible with iOS and Android. Requires 2.4GHz home WiFi.

Does it work during a power outage?
Yes — scheduled meals are stored on the device and run without WiFi. The built-in battery backup (3 D-type batteries, not included) activates automatically during outages.

Can I use it for wet food?
No — dry kibble only, 5–18mm. Wet food would clog the dispenser.

How do I clean the bowls?
Both stainless steel bowls detach and are dishwasher safe. Wipe the hopper with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit.

Can dogs use it too?
Yes — the Duo works for any mix of cats and small-to-medium dogs eating dry kibble and sharing a feeding area.
